When your home goes “live” on the MLS, we will get showing requests. As the showings begin, we will get feedback from potential buyers. We will work together to consider whether or not the feedback will result in a change of price, repairs, etc… The ultimate goal is a quick process.

Check in With Your Attorney: Confirm all legal documents are in order and ready for the closing day.
Change Your Address: Update your address with the postal service, banks, and other important contacts.
Homeowners Insurance: Cancel or transfer your current policy according to your next steps post-sale.
Utilities: Arrange for the cancellation or transfer of utility services to the new owners.
Keys and Remotes: Collect all house keys, garage remotes, and other access devices to hand over to the new owners at closing.
Manuals and Warranties: Leave any appliance manuals, warranties, and important documents on the counter for the new owners.
Sign and Lockbox Removal: Your agent will take care of removing the sale sign and lockbox from the property.
