Properties that are priced correctly from day one generally sell for more at the end of the transaction. Your property is “hot” when it is first listed, so it is important to attract the most buyers in the beginning. The photos of your home are extremely important in showcasing your home to potential buyers. I work with excellent real estate photographers to ensure the best photos are on the MLS and marketing material. Your home will be marketed on the MLS as well as many other websites and social media platforms.
